While many of our visitors have a fear of snakes, virtually everyone loves their cold blooded reptilian cousins, the turtles.  Just what makes them so lovable?  From snappers capable of taking your finger off to the ubiquitous box turtles, the Blue Ridge Parkway is home to a variety of these armored creatures.
